The amount received will add to the entire cost of equipment, running expenses, recruiting staff, and other services. Being the travel company, we have incurred most of the travel expenses before it begins. For the same, we have designed the cancellation policy to help the clients best.

  • For TravelTicketHub customers, refunds and changes to bookings may be available depending on the type of ticket purchased and the circumstances of the cancellation.
  • For flights, the airline's cancellation policy will apply. Generally, airline tickets are non-refundable, however, most airlines offer the option to change the Booking, but fees may apply.
  • For hotels, the hotel's cancellation policy will apply. Generally, hotel bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the check-in date. A cancellation fee may be charged if you cancel after the cut-off time.
  • The car rental company's cancellation policy will apply for car rentals. Generally, car rentals can be canceled up to 48 hours before pick-up. A cancellation fee may be charged if the Booking is canceled after the cut-off time.
  • For activities, the activity provider's cancellation policy will apply. Generally, activities can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start time. If the Booking is canceled after the cut-off time, a cancellation fee may be charged.

The customized tours will have different cancellation terms that might be communicated with the eligible client at the booking time. The cancellations must be in written consent and provided by the person who have submitted the booking form. You can choose any of the communication channel to let us know if you want to make cancellations.

Once the journey begins, there will be no refund for the unutilized part of the tour or services offered to the client. If you desire to make alterations to the tour or depart the tour at the earliest, such modification or departure will be held responsible at your own risk and liability. The client must communicate in writing with the tour organizer for canceling the tour.

The Cancellation and Refund Policies are not under our control:

  • The refund for hotel accommodation will go according to the Hotel's Cancellation Policy.
  • Flight Tickets Cancellation will depend on the airline's policy. Every airline has its specific policy. The suggestion is reading it thoroughly or contacting the particular airlines.
  • If you have canceled the trip after starting it, the refund may be limited to a specific amount. The amount we will recover depends on the hotels/cab service providers we associate with. We do not hold any accountability for the refund for the unutilized hotel accommodation, skipped meals, or any other.
Restrictions and Rules

The client must know the finalization of the Tour/Service Expenses. If there is any increase in the price of hotel accommodation, taxes, fuel cost, or travel guide price, similar will be applicable as additional charges.

The client should find a low-budget travel-related service on any other travel portal within 3 hours after Booking with Traveltickethub for a similar trip. The client will get a solitary opportunity to get a refund against the Best Price Assurance Policy for the itinerary. In addition, travelers cannot request more than once for the same travel package, even if low-priced services are accessible on different websites at any point in time.

How can I claim the refund?

When you reach us for the claim within the policy, the low-price services you have availed from the other website must be valid. Basic Refund Terms

  • Traveltickethub won't refund if there is any reason connected with the Transferrable Disease such as Covid-19.
  • The reason for refund should not exist, be known, or be predictable when making the bookings.
  • There will be no refund if the bookings are no longer required
  • Traveltickethub won't pay the refund via the procedure where the Booking got canceled or cannot be fulfilled by the provider.
  • Client should make the arrangements for arriving on time when making the bookings, fundamental permits, traveling documents, or any visa.
  • The recommendation is to follow preventive measures or any other arrangement for preventing the refund request.
  • You must submit the supportive proof that Traveltickethub finds appropriate at your own expense and a copy of the booking confirmation.
  • We do not authorize refunds where you cannot submit the required evidence.
  • The need is to submit the bank account information to make the refund payment directly to the active bank account.
  • The highest refund worth per pax should not exceed the booking share's complete value.

The customized tours will be liable for other cancellation terms that will be shared with the eligible clients when making the bookings.
